1Acceptance
By creating an account, clicking "Get Started", or using any CRM+™ service (the "Service"), you agree to these terms of use (the "Terms") and ourPrivacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2Changes to the terms
We may update the Terms at any time. We will publish the amended version, and for material changes we will notify you by email or by in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect.
3Eligibility and account security
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
4Subscription plans and payments
- Prices and features are listed on the pricing page.
- All fees are calculated in Kuwaiti dinars, plus VAT where applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5Fair and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, probe or place excessive load on our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures.
- Upload unlawful or infringing datasets you have no rights to.
- Use CRM+ to generate unsolicited messages.
- Violate export control or sanctions regulations.
6User content and training data
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By uploading it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to (a) provide, secure and improve the Service, and (b) refine language models for your workspace only.
7Intellectual property
All CRM+ code, trademarks, logos and documentation belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use them solely as part of the Service.
8Third-party services and integrations
Integrations such as WhatsApp and HubSpot are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages.
9Confidentiality
Each party will treat non-public information marked as confidential with the same care it applies to its own, for five years after disclosure.
10Privacy reference
We process personal data in line with the Gulf data protection framework, including the UAE Data Protection Law (2022), the Saudi PDPL (2023) and Kuwait CITRA Regulation No. 26 of 2024. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.
11Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) your content, or (c) breach of these Terms.
14Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately where the law requires it, to protect the Service, or on material breach. On termination, your data is deleted within 90 days.
15Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute will be finally settled by arbitration under the rules of the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Centre.
16Compliance statement
You agree that your use complies with all applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering and data protection regulations.
17Force majeure
Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
